Who we are
Heart Mumma’s was born from a quiet longing…
That motherhood, while sacred, can feel lonely.
That deep within every mother is a woman longing to be seen, supported, and held — just as she holds everyone else.
This space was created for her.
For you.
A soft landing. A safe return.
A reminder that you are not alone — and never were.
We are a soul-led branch of the registered charity Children of the Light, an organisation devoted to family healing and generational transformation.
While Children of the Light holds the wide arms of community care,
Heart Mumma’s rests gently within — as a sanctuary for the mothers.
Here, we honour your journey.
We walk beside you through the messy, magical, overwhelming, and beautiful moments.
We gather not to fix you — but to remind you of your wholeness.
This is not a program.
This is a village.
A sacred circle.
A place where you are seen, heard, and held — always.
Welcome back, Mumma.
Meet Tanica
Hey Heart Mumma,
I'm Tanica — a mother of two little souls who cracked me wide open in ways I never expected... and led me straight back to myself.
Heart Mumma's was never just an idea.
It was a feeling — one I carried through midnight feeds, silent tears, sacred mess, and the ache of needing to be held and understood.
More connection. More community. More truth.
Becoming a mother shifted everything.
It unearthed my pain, my power, and my purpose.
And in the moments I felt so alone, I realised what I was really longing for —
a space where I could be held just as I was and grow into who I was becoming.
That's what Heart Mumma's is to me.
A village I needed but couldn’t find… so I began to build it.
With every word, every workshop, every woman who joins this circle — it grows.
I don’t have it all figured out. I'm not here to teach perfection.
I'm here to walk with you — barefoot and honest — through the wild, beautiful terrain of motherhood.
To remind you: You are sacred. You are whole. And you are never alone.
This is your space now, too.
Welcome home, Mumma.
You Belong Here.
With all my heart,
Tanica
