We provide support circles, resources, and workshops rooted in community, lived experience, and connection — not clinical or medical services. Our offerings are designed to nurture, not diagnose or treat.

If you are experiencing mental health challenges, crisis, or need professional care, we lovingly encourage you to reach out to qualified health providers. We are always happy to support referrals where possible.

2. Respecting the Circle

We hold this community as sacred. In engaging with Heart Mumma’s, you agree to:

  • Honour others’ stories with confidentiality and care

  • Use kind and respectful language

  • Avoid judgment

  • Hold space for diverse experiences and journeys

We reserve the right to gently remove or block individuals from community spaces if these values are not respected.

3. Booking & Event Participation

If you attend Heart Mumma’s events or sessions:

  • Bookings may be required in advance

  • Cancellations must be made 24 Hours prior to the event to receive a refund (if applicable)

  • Heart Mumma’s reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances — you’ll always be notified with care and transparency

4. Use of Website & Content

All words, images, and materials shared on the Heart Mumma’s website and channels belong to this community and its creators.

Please do not copy, repost, or use content without written permission. If you feel inspired, we’d love for you to share our spirit, not our words — always with credit and integrity.
